As an instructional coach/administrative intern at Muldoon Elementary School, I was the state testing director. Additionally, I observed staff and provided feedback, facilitated professional development, ran data meetings, found and trained staff on technology resources, managed our supplies lists, conducted mediation, managed the master schedule, and acted as the teacher-in-charge.

Example of how I handled instructional tours during Covid. Once exemplar classrooms were selected, the teacher recorded themselves, then the tour group watched the video, debriefed, and provided feedback.
